COVID-19: Due to measures put in place to safeguard our team, and possible delays to postal and courier services, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Products sold on CBD Family website are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or illness.

All products listed on the CBD Family website contain less than 0.2% THC. Products are not sold for medical purposes and do not require a medical prescription from a pharmacist or doctor.

Any reviews, testimonials or social media content provided by our customers or any other persons that relate to products listed on our website and/or that include links to our website are not the views of Lifelina Ltd.

 

BILLING AND SHIPPING

Payment must be made in full, and have cleared in Lifelina LTD account, before goods are dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all account information is correct. Lifelina Ltd is not responsible for any loss, delay or additional costs incurred in cases where inaccurate information has been provided by the customer.

Where an order or service is delayed, cancelled, or lost, Lifelina Ltd will endeavour to contact the customer to help resolve the situation.

All orders are posted Tracked. Expected delivery time is within 5 working days. Orders will not be shipped to any country outside of the EU (except for UK).

Lifelina Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees incurred, or any delay due to cross-border procedures.

Lifelina Ltd accepts no responsibility for delivery times. All items are shipped promptly, but ultimately the courier determines the delivery time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can always cancel your order with us.  Your rights when you cancel your order will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:

  1. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed.
  2. If you want to cancel your order because of something we have done, or have told you we are going to do.
  3. If you have changed your mind about the product.

If you receive a product that is faulty or misdescribed you will be entitled to a full refund including shipping fee. The cost of return postage will also be reimbursed after the product has been returned to us and we have inspected its condition. A receipt or proof of return delivery cost will be required before the refund is made (only standard rate return delivery cost will be reimbursed – the cheapest available. Where Premium / Express service receipts are submitted, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the cheapest option that will have been available to the customer at the time).

Cancelling your order because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do: if you are cancelling an order for one of the reasons below, we will refund you in full for any product which has not been provided. The reasons are:

  • We have told you about an upcoming change to terms which you do not agree to
  • We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product and you do not wish to proceed
  • We have suspended supply of the product for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 14 days

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most Products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind. You must notify us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund (see ‘how to end contract’ section below). This 14-day period begins the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the product.

You do not have a right to change your mind where:

  • Product packaging seal (for health protection or hygiene purposes) has been unsealed or the product has been used after you receive them
  • Any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery

How to cancel an order with us (including if you have changed your mind). Tell us you want to cancel the order. To do this, please let us know by emailing our Customer Service Team: [email protected]

Please provide your name, home address (and delivery address if different), order reference code, phone number and email address.

Returning Products after an order has been cancelled. If you cancel for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us by post before any refund can be made. (If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must post the product within 14 days of our receiving the cancellation request from you).

When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return if:

  • The products are faulty or misdescribed
  • If there is an error in pricing or description

In all other circumstances, (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind), you must pay the costs of return.

How we will refund you.  We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs (where applicable), by the method you used for payment.

When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then a refund will be made within 14 days of our receiving the product from you, provided the product has not been opened or any physical seal broken on the item packaging.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

Products sold on the CBD Family website may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you become drowsy after taking these products.

Products sold on the CBD Family website may conflict with your prescription medication. Lifelina Ltd recommend that CBD products are not taken with any prescription medication. Suggested dosage refers only to adults over 18 years.

Information supplied on the CBD Family website should not be taken as professional medical advice.

Lifelina Ltd take great care when compiling information that appears on the website, but this does not guarantee that all information is completely accurate.

Products are priced in British Pound Sterling (GBP) or EURO (EUR)

All prices found on the CBD Family website are not subject to additional VAT rate or country equivalent tax.

  • Change available payment methods
  • Refuse or cancel any order or service
  • Modify or discontinue any product at any given time without liability
  • Adjust prices without notice
